We have three key rules at Badger Hill:
By following these rules, the school maintains a positive, caring working atmosphere. We work together to encourage children to be responsible, kind and considerate to each other. The praise and reward of good behaviour is preferred to the constant negative of always punishing bad behaviour.
Class and individual rewards are frequently given for good work and behaviour. However, our children are aware that inappropriate behaviour will be met with sanctions, which will be administered fairly and consistently. These include time out or isolation, minutes deducted from playtime or time in other classes. Parents will always be informed of persistent or extreme misbehaviour.
