Y10 Parents Evening Invite

We would like to invite you to the Academy to meet with your child’s teachers to discuss their progress and look at their class work.

Your attendance will ensure you receive important information regarding future examinations and also provide you with any additional support you may need throughout this important time.

Mrs Doubtfire/Christmas Fete

On Thursday 13th December the performing and creative arts faculty are putting on a Christmas evening which will involve arts and craft stalls, singing, a visit from Santa Claus and a full production of Mrs Doubtfire. It is an evening of entertainment not to be missed! Tickets will be available from the office or staff of the performing arts faculty.

Being on time to school is important, being on time to all lessons is important!

For your child, being late could be the difference between knowing the vital information asked on an exam paper or improving their work. If your child is routinely late to school they are missing out on their learning and affecting their attendance. If your child is 5 minutes late every day they miss 3 days of school in a year. If they are 30 minutes late every day they miss 19 days of school.
